  • SALES ADMINISTRATION PROCESSING (H/F)

Your position:

You are in charge of administration of the "mining sector" sales department

More specifically, your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Administration:
    • You will process customer orders and orders passed on to suppliers
    • You will implement and monitor transport through courier companies
    • You will fill in credit documentation
    • You will evaluate costs and calculate returns on orders
    • You will keep the order book up-to-date.
    • You will guarantee that all information is up-to-date (suppliers, clients, quotations, reports, technical specifications)
    • You will be the "key user" for the ERP system and responsible for training and communication within the department.

 

Your profile:

  • Graduate in business or similar 
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar position within international distribution
  • Familiar with Incoterms
  • Bilingual French/English 
  • Good command of MS Office and knowledge of an ERP system 
  • Able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proactivity, carefulness and accuracy
  • Very good organisation and management of priorities
